In what condition are the products you sell?

All our quality Brazilian bikini, thong bikini, crochet bikini, and micro bikini are brand new with tags. They are purchased directly from the manufacturers or their authorized distributors.


Are all the products displayed on your Web Site in stock (available)?

While we attempt to stock as many different models, colors and sizes as possible in sufficient quantities to anticipate the demand of all our customers, we occasionally run out of stock on an item. This may be due to demand which temporarily exceeds our expectations, or it may be that the manufacturer has run out of stock on an item. If we expect the item to be available for us to reorder, the item will be placed on "backorder" status.


 

If I purchase, when does my credit card get charged for my purchase?

Your credit card will not be charged until your order is shipped. We usually ship all orders within 24 hours of purchase.


 

In what currency do you charge?

All orders are charged in US dollars.


 

Do you charge sales tax?

We are required to collect a 5% Goods and Services Tax (GST) for Canadian buyers. We will also charge a 7.5% Provincial Sales Tax (PST) to residents of the province of Quebec.


 

Will I receive a receipt for my transaction?

At the end of your transaction, you will be shown an Order Summary screen. Please print this page from your browser as a receipt for your transaction.


 

Can I place an order by phone?

You can always place an order by telephone by calling Toll Free (800) 630-2321 (for USA / Canada) or +1 (717) 924-6516 for International orders.


 

When will my order be shipped?

Orders are shipped every day of the week (Monday to Friday) before noon (EST). Orders placed after noon during a week day and on weekends will be shipped during the next business day.


 

Can I order a product and ask you to ship it to someone else?

Certainly. Just enter the address where you want your product delivered, in the "Ship to" portion of the Checkout process. For your protection, credit card orders shipping to an address other than the credit card billing address, may be subject to a fraud screening process.


 

Can orders be shipped to a P.O. Box?

Yes, items can be shipped to a P.O. box.


 

What is your shipping policy and shipping rates?

 

Shipping rates will be displayed during the checkout process before the order is completed. We ship worldwide and offer various shipping services.


 

Will I be charged any duties?

If your total order does not exceed $200, you will not be charged any duties (US orders only). Otherwise, it is your responsibility to pay any fees.


What type of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, International Money Orders, Wire Transfers and Paypal.


 

What is your return policy?

We only accept returns that have not been worn, ridden or used. 


Exchanges and refunds are allowed for returns that are made within 20 days (post dated) from the original shipping date.

 

There will be a 15% Re-stocking fee for all refunds (except in case of defects or our error).

 

Before returning any merchandise you must request an authorization (RMA) by following the process below.


Return Process
1. Log in to your account and click "Orders history"
2. Click on the order that contains the item(s) you wish to return.
3. Fill out the "Create Return Request" form at the bottom.

 

Shipping fees incurred for the return of merchandise will not be refunded. We will refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error. 


Once received, items returned will be inspected by our Quality Assurance department. After examination, you will be notified of the status of your return within 5 business days. 


In the DUTIES form, please declare $1 (one dollar) and describe as "defective merchandise".
